I bought them for sound attenuation. Makes opening and closing doors virtually silent.

These are a bit thin. I had to put 2 on my daughters door for it to work well. Wouldn't buy this one again

We're using this on our kids' bedroom door so our 4 year old can get in and out without waking the baby. It works perfectly. Fits great and makes the door quiet... no clicking or bumping. I did notice it was quite snug in the beginning and that the elastic has loosened up a bit, so I hope it won't loosen any more. It's been maybe a month and the fabric is not wearing out. I would buy this again... it's so worth it for a peaceful night's sleep.

They aren’t thick enough for our doors so they still slam if there is some wind.
