As far as I can tell, this works. How well it works might well depend on the person. But from my own experience with giving this, as well as Cranberry Extract, to my elderly father who has Foley Catheter and Adult Diapers, I believe he has had fewer *real* UTIs than in the past. So, if it helps a lot, or helps just a little, I am sold on these. The ingredients are good, don't seem to bother him with the taste or reactions, and are of an amount that seems to do the trick.Of course, if you don't hydrate enough, don't follow proper and rigid hygiene routines, then nothing is going to help prevent UTIs.One thing I have to mention: If you subscribe for refills, make sure to have an extra bottle in advance. Sometimes it can take weeks for the subscription renewal to arrive. The order might be processed on schedule, but it doesn't always arrive in a timely fashion. Have backups.

Like many older men, I have been looking for relief and urinary tract support. I wanted to find a natural product containing cranberry, hibiscus, and D-Mannose. I also wanted to have it manufactured in the USA by a reputable company.Since I started using (2) veggie capsules a day, I've been feeling much better now.The trips to the bathroom at night have been reduced to just one and during the last two nights, it helped me cut down on those visits completely. It is so nice to be able to sleep through the night without frequent interruptions, and urinary discomfort. I still have to get up once in a while but nothing like it used to be. If you are having symptoms, this urinary tract support would be worth trying. I am glad I did. I certainly recommend it!

I have researched the subject of urinary tract health extensively. More than likely if you’re reading this review, you may have done plenty of research yourself & may have read that cranberry, D-Mannose, probiotics, berberine, uva ursi, hibiscus, dandelion, extract, & potassium sodium are all natural alternatives/remedies for urinary tract health. That isn’t an all inclusive list, but some of the main players (of which 4 of those are found in this supplement).I Love that there is dandelion extract in the ingredients. I grew up eating dandelion greens aka “Horta,” a Greek superfood side dish that has a plethora of benefits. I also like to drink dandelion herb tea, but don’t always have it on hand, so it’s nice that it’s included.I often deal with polyuria (frequent urination) and have a very sensitive bladder- easily irritated by even slightly carbonated water- so I make sure to drink only filtered water, and nothing with artificial ingredients. In addition, I have been using this UTI support & have noticed a slight difference-I haven’t been making as frequent trips to the bathroom 🤞🏼The one thing I would like to see in the future is that they make this in a tincture as I prefer drops in water rather than swallowing capsules.
