Might need to size up.
Absolutely love these. 1st pair were too small. Both pairs I bought arrived in great condition. Refund processed promptly. On sizing chart, pay attention to European size. I’m always a size 40, but didn’t notice the chart converts US ladies 8.5 to Europe size 39 (see this a lot in charts converting US ladies sizes). Didn’t notice it this time until I realized 1st pair were too small. Bottom line, go with what you know is your European size and might need to size up.

Uncomfortable
They look cute, but that's it. They do not feel like a casual or walking shoe. This is my 3rd and last pair of Puma. Back to Nike i go.

Not satisfied
The shoes arrived but looked worn! The suede seemed to be flaking, and there was a noticeable scuff on the toe of one boot. I can't return them because I didn't order directly, and the courier service doesn't offer that option. NOT RECOMMENDED.---
