I was looking for a Lemon Balm and decided to try this brand. So far, no complaints. There is very little taste when added to water. I am hoping the quality and its effectiveness prove to be a great value for the money. As far as having a calming effect and the ability for sleep quality, I cannot say. I am a calm person already and only sleep 5-6 hours, and I am ready to go. At this point, I would buy again.

Helps me relax and fall asleep quickly. This is a GREAT benefit, as I have been an Olympic caliber insomniac for many years. No joke. I take 3-4 "bulb squeezes" at bedtime. (No need to fill the entire dropper. It's long to reach to the bottom of the bottle.) Tastes good too! Fast shipping, arrived in solid condition (no broken glass, box was intact, etc.). Thank you!

Good product easy to use

Arrived on time ! Taken it for a few days seems to be doing better

Helps with a deeper sleep. After taking this for a few days mixed with Apple juice or herbal tea before bed time. I found I got a much deeper and sound sleep.

I’ve been taking it for about a week and I can tell a difference already.
