Press the power button once. It’ll take you to the menu. Use the button below to act as “left, right, up, down”. Go to gallery (pink icon I believe). It’s weird that it will delete all pictures at once. So be careful to read the prompts properly before clicking “okay”! We had a mishap when we first accidentally deleted everything.
