Durable
I've used these bands at least twice a week for 2 1/2 yrs. and none have broken like with other types people in my exercise class use. Also like the different strength choices.

Excellent Resistance Bands
Excellent flexibility and elasticity with a solid resistance throughout the range of motion. Much better than other bands that we have tried. Large enough for overhead single or double looped stretches. We use them with a wall anchor nylon loop to perform cross cable style moves (e.g., triceps pushdowns and cross-body rotations, etc.). Heads-up, they are a bit prone to tearing if you wrap them around shoes so we wouldn't recommend.
