Terrible customer service
This was not pleasant at all. Received the scooter with shipping damage and the brakes didn’t work at all. Kept getting the run around about shipping me parts for the scooter. The motors were bent and bars, as well as the brakes wouldn’t stop. I fixed the brakes, and still couldn’t get what I needed to fix it. Shipped it back and was only refunded 1/2 the purchase price. I don’t recommend this seller or scooter at all. It was a joke and a ripoff.
