The Pusher and Lifter that come with this substantial stainless steel ring mold made all the difference in building a nice salmon and hamachi tartare, as the Pusher has a rim around the edge that catches liquids to easily discard and plate the stack well. Great price for quality.

I used these for a reciepe I really wanted to make. They are such good quality, they have a nice weight to them amd sit very flat. I've also used them in the dishwasher and oven with no issues.

I expected too much from this product, but I was disappointed, this is not of the expected quality, it is twisted and bulging, making it difficult to fit into the molds

I'd like to give 5/5 but one in the box is dented. High quality and a very nice tool.
