I got this case to protect the phone from accidental falls and scratching.The case looks like can take a few drops and of high qualityA bit dissapointed with the way the phone attaches to the case as I was used to a higher quality one by sumsung for my Galaxy S2(Genuine Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 Moulded Leather Flip Case) and this one is not of the same standard.Actually to make sure that the phone fitted in well I decided to remove the sticker attached to the case (where the back of the phone makes contact) as the fitting didn't feel greatStill. I am extremely pleased with this cover. I paid less than £3 (inc. postage) and was delighted to receive an extremely tough, well made case, made of good quality leather.It is hard wearing, nicely machine-stitched and snaps shut using a hidden magnet system. I really couldn't have asked for more, even if I was paying a lot more money.Recommended for all Galaxy S4 Mini users.UPDATE: AS AT 01.08.16 IT IS STILL GOING STRONG THOUGH NOW STARTING TO LOOK VERY WORN.

The "leather" part is tough and durable. Sadly the plastic part that holds the phone in place is not. Within 3 months it has split and does not hold the phone securely. You get what you pay for and in this case it is money down the drain. If you are looking for a case for an S4 Mini, I suggest you avoid this one.

Bought for my Galaxy S4 Mini.Protects phone well and uses a small magnetic tab to hold itself closed. Phone fit is snug and I would wonder how easy it would be to remove the phone when you need to. The power button is slightly covered by the plastic side, and is difficult to reach easily. If you don't have finger nails, it could be a problem.However, for the price, which is a cheap as chips. Its a bargain.

If you want a flip top case, look no further.It's not fancy and probably doesn't have street-cred but it does offer protection for the phone and prevents the screen being damaged while in the pocket (or handbag if you are so inclined). I have only been using it for a couple of weeks so can't comment on it's longevity but at this price, a couple of months use would be good value, any more a welcome bonus.

Silly price for a great product that provides almost total protection for the S4 Mini. I bought this product as a stop gap to protect a brand new 'phone and intended to buy a more expensive case when I'd looked at a few more options, but there's no need. The case is smart and looks good and if it wears out in a few months (which I doubt) I'll just buy another! I think one or two reviews have mentioned that the plastic that holds the 'phone in place is flimsy, but unless you're taking it out of the case on a regular basis (why?) this shouldn't be an issue.

I'm very pleased with this case, it looks like real leather and has none of that vinyl smell you so often get with synthetic products. The phone fits inside it very neatly and the magnetic catch works well. I'd have liked a slot at the bottom so I could charge the phone without needing to open the case, but this doesn't take way from the fact that it's an excellent buy for the money.

Very good quality cover and snug fit. Then...like earlier reviewer the side clips holding the phone to the case broke away (for no apparent reason as there was no other pressure or contact on the side clips). Earlier reviewer's lasted 6 weeks, mine made it to 12 weeks. Case cover still in good condition but the side clips seemingly suspect so whilst originally a 5 star item, ultimately only 1 star.
