Not a strong case
Just dropped my phone from hip height and the case has completely shattered. It is now not useable. VERY dissapointed.

Cheap build and expense
The product was quite expensive for what it was. The appearance and feel is that of a very cheap and nasty product. I am returning it

Upper case does not fit
Purchased after seeing all the positive reviews, unfortunaltey It was not what I expected. When received I followed the instructions, very straight forward, lower case went on easily enough, upper case was almost impossible to get on without breaking the phone by using excessive force, one side would not fit, luckily I managed to remove it without leaving any marks on the side, Will stick with the case provided with my Galaxy Z flip 5 Retro for now.
