Joint pain from typing and texting. This fit great and applied enough pressure to feel good. It would be nice if it could be chilled and state cool for a little cooling relief. I might try it.

This CMC brace was recommended by an orthopedic surgeon as an alternative to surgery. So far it is allowing me to continue with my lifestyle without as much pain and without having to undergo surgery.

I’m only able to give this a a three star rating because of the durability. I work produce in a local grocery store and handle a lot of boxes and stuff. The fit is great! Very comfortable to wear and very effective at eliminating my pain!!! The problem is they end up tearing after only a couple of weeks!! I don’t recommend for someone who is in need of support for work! I can’t afford to buy them every few weeks so going to have to look for a better solution.😕 Update The seller contacted me offering to refund, replace, or upgrade! I just the upgraded version and received it today. Just as comfortable as the other ones, will update again after a few weeks on how it holds up. Happy!! Customer service is great!!!

Revised Review:After less than five months of use, this piece of junk split in the plastic rubber part of the brace. Save your money and buy another brand----------------------------After over 40 years of mountain biking, road biking, mountaineering, ice and rock climbing, hiking, backpacking, and other sports, as well as heavy computer use on a daily basis, my right hand has developed some pretty severe CMC joint pain from a combo of tendonitis and arthritis at the base of my thumb joint, radiating out and up to the webbing and interior portion of the thumb where it meets the palm.This brace has proven pretty good at helping alleviate that, while still giving me some mobility in the thumb to type and use my mouse. It molds fairly well to the thumb and the liner element alleviates undue pressure. I can generally wear this much of the day comfortably.The one challenge I've encountered so far has been the straps on this don't seem like they'll stand up for the duration, in terms of the hook-and-loop parts being high quality, so I guess it's good that a second set is provided.

Works great but didn’t last long before it started falling apart. I don’t wear it all the time. Sad it didn’t hold up.
