After using 10 days , I am writing this review, only night I took 30 ml Vaansar with 30 ml water before 30 minutes dinner . It is working well and compensating night dosage of sugar tablet to me. But morning after breakfast one time I am taking one sugar tablet only and regular 45 minutes brisk walking and low carbohydrate food , for example instead of 3 dosai I took 2 dosai with some protein rich like pattani,sundal, ulunthu . My result is fasting 118 after breakfast 178. This ayurvedic medicine has reduced one dosage of sugar tablet to me.
