Lots of information!!
I wanted to find healthier options for my family to drink more water. We started using the fit girls guide so I wanted more interesting ways to drink water. The author explained in such a way everyone would understand. Drink more water and less soda and juice.I didn't know all of the important facts of not drinking the required amount of water that our bodies needed. It is very harmful to us. This was a quick read and a great book to start and learn about infusing water. It's free so you have not to lose.

This is Exactly What I've Been Looking For!
Although I know how badly I need to drink enough water everyday, I always struggle to try to do it. Mainly, I don't like it enough to remember to drink it, even when it's sitting right on my desk. This is exactly what I need! I love just a little flavor in my water to entice me to drink more of it! Since I no longer drink soft drinks or other sugar laden beverages, these yummy recipes will have me drinking the water I so need everyday!

Great info on hydration plus delicious recipes
I got this book expecting to find some new fruit-infused water recipes, however, I was really surprised at how much more there is to it. The introductory sections of the start are just fantastic and truly highlight the links between dehydration, memory, appetite and other vital bodily functions. Having all of this background information ensures that you stay really motivated in terms of keeping hydrated.Of course, I now also have some great new recipes - I especially enjoyed the Heavenly Hibiscus Infused Water!

Solid information on why you should drink fruit-infused water
I drink a lot of water and always have, but I only occasionally add lemon or limes to my water. Frankly, I never thought about adding other fruit . . . until now. This book has a solid intro to our need for water and the negative results we get when our bodies become dehydrated. Plenty of varied recipes to try, too.
