Vegan, Halal, Mega-Multivitamin Plus Vitamin K and Minerals: for Men/Women Vitamin

The ingredients and amounts of vitamins in these are good and comparable to other whole food vitamins that I have taken. However, they are huge, smelly and chalky, so difficult to swallow. Also, apparently you are supposed to refrigerate them once they are opened, which is inconvenient for me since I take them at work.

The order arrived on time. The first day I took three vitamins, but didn't make much of a difference energy wise. The next was very helpful with just 2 vitamins. I was able to spend a long time on my computer working on my online course, and got a lot of work done, without feeling sluggish or sleepy as I usually do with my lazy eye condition, especially when on the computer. I even felt like exercising, and did a little. Now, I continue to take 2 vitamins daily, and feel much less sluggish, out and about throughout the day.

I’ve tried various whole food vitamins and I have to say I like these the best. They are not too big and they do not have an awful smell. I will continue to take these.

Love it but why is it not selling anymore

I like a complete multi-vitamin for any lacks in my diet.
