The plastic lids and bottoms do not fit properly in the cardboard tubes - a pretty important part of the product! We have managed to fit the lids in after much time and struggle so they are useable but it was certainly not ideal.

I am extremely pleased with this product. I find the lids fit perfectly and are a nice tight fit. They just need a firm slap to fit snugly into place leaving me feeling completely assured that they wont pop off in transit. The tubes are strong and well manufactured. I am an artist and I use these tubes to deliver my precious paintings on paper to my buyers. They have proven to be a completely reliable, trustworthy product and it's a great relief to me to find a safe and totally secure method of delivery. Excellent customer service too!.
