Great customer service
I had a leak issue with 10w model so I had roofing professional visit again to inspect the same, after inspection he confirmed there is no issue with install but the water is leaking from with in the unit..I was very frustrated with the leak so I reached out to customer service and submitted them all the details..to my surprise they responded immediately and although it took close to a week but they acknowledged the issue and sent me a new replacement unit which is a newer upgraded model with visible differences..although am yet to get it installed but wanted to write this review for their customer service and owning up for a faulty design/ unit.. great service and not to mention their 32w model works like a charm.

Garbage
It only lasted a couple months before the fan quit working. Even when it did work there was almost no difference in temperature. Spend your money somewhere else.

It works
Fairly easy to install. It would have been better if there was a template to trace for cutting the roof. Other than that, there is nothing I would change. Work as described.

Works just wish it was a little faster
The fan wasn't hard to mount but i had to use my own screws to make a solid seal. i almost wish i had put in the wired fan but i didn't want to spend the time to run the wiring.

Quit working
Update: Seller customer service reached out and offered to send a replacement unit. We received the unit quickly however have not had the opportunity to install the new unit yet so I canβt speak to the quality or longevity of the new unit. Will try to update after replacing the unit.Great while it worked. Randomly quit working 2 weeks after install. Do NOT recommend!!!!

Pathetic!!
The advertised dimensions of 14.8β is way off, it is over 17β. It is also over 6β tall. Not the measurements as advertised!! Fan has to be pointed 100% towards sun, for any fan rotation. Not very powerful!!

Poor design. Leaking
Caused lots of damage from leaking. When I removed the ceiling you can see water splashes off the surround and drips down through the back side of the cap. It's properly flashed as you can see there is no water on the sheathing
