I like using this shampoo and conditioner combo on days that I plan to air dry my hair. It makes my hair super soft and doesn't weigh down my curls. I gave it 4 stars because I find my hair gets oiler quicker, I can usually only wash my hair twice a week, but with this shampoo I have to wash it the next day or two days after.
