Just got the product today and was excited but never mind cause the power cord just melted and started to smoke so this product isn’t that good but it did heat up my food very good. I am in mixed signals but my food is warm but gotta return it to get another one

Es muy bonita muy buena calidad es grande pero lo único que tarda mucho para calentar la comida tiene que ser unos 40 minutos antes de comer le doy 4 estrellas porque dura un poco para calentar y los cubiertos son pequeños
