Whether you like steak or not, this is not to be missed.
This is special, it was bought for an anniversary meal. Yes it is expensive compared to other steaks but it shouldn't be compared, it is out there on its own. As long as you thaw and salt it as recommended, and cook it properly at the right heat you will have an amazing experience. We had it as a separate course, it is so filling that you don't need to have the size that you would usually have. Amazing amazing taste.
