Behringer Space FX Multi-effects Eurorack Module

Left/Right inputs and outputs. Good for adding some subtle effects to your rack.

As previously stated, no combination of songs would produce a satisfactory wetness of signal, many of the FX are literally indistinguishable between full “send” and fully dry.A really rare swing and a miss from Uli. Sad.

I think I paid $39 new for it, because nobody wants to admit to having a Behringer in their system, and that this one's pretty bad at what its supposed to do. However, there are tutorials and schematics for which diode to remove to reveal its full range. When that's done, it's actually got a decent digi-reverb.

Others have said the effects are too subtle, and lament that you can’t get a 100% wet signal. But if you patch it to itself - that is, plug your mixer output into the right channel, take the right channel output and plug it into the left channel, then take the left channel output into your amp - while you can no longer get stereo effect you CAN get a significantly improved effect level. This was $42 when I bought it. At that price, it’s a good purchase.

While researching this item I came across more bad reviews then used units out on the market. At the time of purchase, there was only one on reverb and it was more than the $35~ I spent here on Amazon. Not sure what to think, but I did take the advice of a review here that mentioned an inverted copy of the original source. Here I've done that using a miso to invert then send back into the bottom set with a copy of the original for mixing. It does what I expected/wanted. A mult fx guitar pedal in eurorack form.

I have a bunch of Behringer Eurorack modules which I'm happy with, but not this one. The difference is very small with or without the effect. Some of them I can't tell any difference at all. It does add a little "air", but not a lot. I have other Behringer Eurorack modules, and I'm happy with all of them (Chaos, Four LFO, Brains, etc), but this one isn't up to par with the other ones. If there was a firmware patch to push the effects a bit more, that would be nice. But it's locked to what it is. I might sell it at some point to get more space to other more useful modules.

In my view, the effects quality was fine but the output level of this module was just too low to be useful to me. I ended up sending it back.
