I'm in pain a lot. Have a whole area in my house with a tens unit, body cane, various rollers, stretchers, deep tissue massage gadgets, etc. My biggest trouble is my neck and I find it very hard to fix. Many things are too harsh and the angle to massage the pain out is hard with tools and impossible to do on myself with my hands. I was skeptical to pay so much for some lights, but figured may as well try it.I've been using this daily for a couple weeks and the difference is very noticeable. I feel some warmth when using it, but it's not like a heating pad where it feels hot and the heat feels like it's going in. It feels like the hear is coming from inside my body. It's really loosening the tension. I feel immediate benefits after a session, but also wake up feeling better and seem to be getting ongoing results as well. I'm very pleased.The unit is small and light, easy to use at home. It's not battery powered so you can't walk around and do things while it works. I do feel it would be easy to pack for a trip and use in a hotel though (because if you have chronic neck pain traveling will surely flare it up!)

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT. IT TOTALLY FAILED IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS OF USE. AMAZON'S A-Z GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER THE RED LIGHT BELT SINCE AMAZON SHIPPED IT TO ME. THE ON-OFF SWITCH GETS EXTREMELY HOT AND THE BELT WILL SHUT OFF. IT WILL TURN BACK ON BUT THEN TURN OFF AGAIN BEFORE THE 20 MINUTE TIMER IS DONE. THE BELT WILL TRY TO TURN ON AND FLICKERS BUT THEN DOESN'T TURN ON AT ALL NOW. WHEN IT WORKS THE BELT MAKES MY JOINTS AND LOWER BACK FEEL MUCH BETTER. AMAZON DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE BUSINESS. THEY ONLY HAVE THE MAILING ADDRESS FOR THEM. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO ASK FOR WARRANTY HELP FOR THE RED LIGHT BELT. THE BELT COST $157. BE CAREFUL AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. AMAZON OFFERED ME $5.00 OR NEXT OFFER OF $10 FOR MY TROUBLES. I SAID THEY SHOULD KEEP THE OFFERS. I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND SEE IF THERE ARE ANY OPTIONS FROM THEM.

The media could not be loaded.  This comes packaged nicely in a box with a fold over/magnetic closure that extends for future storage and use. Both the wrap and the power cord fits in the box. Easy instructions to get started and use immediately. I love that the infrared lights turn off on their own after 20 minutes. The wrap feels a comforting warmth, never too hot. I use it while sitting in a chair or against my headboard. If I want to travel with this it’s not too big to throw in my bag, so that’s a nice option.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It has to be plugged in while using. Not portable. How clever they have pictures of ppl wearing the brace outside in a park. Deceiving.

I have a handful of near infrared light panels I use. But this is my first time using a wrap that keeps the lights on me. I love the fit and finish of the waist belt I got. The quality seems to be very good and it’s comfortable. I like that I can just strap it on, plug it in and work at my computer(I work from home). With the panels I have to make sure I’m standing at the correct distance where this belt I can just set it and forget it. It turns off automatically when it’s done which is nice I don’t have to worry about setting a timer. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking at red light therapy options!

I have used this red light on my knee that needs to be replaced 4-7 times weekly. Some nights I am awake at 3-4 AM with knee pain and get up and use red light therapy. My knee is in bad shape and will be replaced in October so I don’t expect it to heal my knee. This unit gets warm but not hot compared to a unit I use on my arm. What I don’t like is the Velcro is weak and the one behind the knee has never stayed attached. The top one as well needs to be stronger but will attach. This is the reason I deducted a star.

Power function broke immediately and it would randomly get scalding hot on the skin and was painful. This is a cheaply made overpriced product. I'd recommend going elsewhere for a red light therapy belt, even if it's more exppensive

This light works great I have been going to the gym and this helps me recover more quickly. I also work at a desk and computer and my shoulder get sore from sitting and typing and after using this I no longer have pain.
