Comfortable, good for outdoors, needs washing
This is a comfortable band, but if you're doing outdoor work, sweating, dirty, you will need to wash it. It absorbs moisture and does not dry very quickly. The wet material against your skin drying for an hour+ could cause a rash / irritation. However, it's easy to throw in the washer with your clothes and it comes out very clean.Size, installation, and look is all great. No issues there.Mine started to fry and have loose thread pretty quickly. Again (as per the first point), I'm pretty active and am not "taking it easy" on this band. For me, metal or rubber has been more durable, but the feel of this band is better than those in my opinion. So in short, buy it based on your use case. If you'll in the outdoors, plan to sweat a lot, or plan to submerge it, I would look at something else. If you're at a desk or sitting most of the day, I'm sure it will look new for a long time.

Great band!
Great fit on my Instinct Solar 2x and think it looks better. I like it better than the stock band and have not had any issues with durability.

Very good quality for the price.
Very durable. Much more comfortable than the rubber band that came with my Gamin Fenix watch.

Good and solid.
Super easy to remove and put on. Very comfortable, but I will say the band is still rigid since the date of my purchase. It slipped off a couple times but it's been good ever since. It's a great fit. Rigid and not very stretchy.

Great band, holding up well
I’ve only had this a month but it seems to be a lot more rugged than other cloth/fabric/nylon bands I’ve used in the past. I haven’t submerged it in water while wearing it but it seems to resist moisture well. The clasp is large and easy to use. Unless it falls apart under use the next 12-24 months this is an excellent band.

Bad manufacturing
Tiny screws came out after a day of wear

Excellent band
Update 2: I finally figured out the band (any band) is not the issue with the sometimes erratic heart rate display. The real issue, caused by this band or the OEM Garmin band, is the location on my wrist. I have relatively thin arms and when the watch is placed immediately below the wrist bone into a bonier part of the wrist- my normal watch wear point, the HR sensor has a harder time accurately displaying. If I place the watch immediately above the protruding wrist bone , the displayed HR is consistently what I would expect it to be, based upon experience.Update: After several weeks of wear and a note of experience: I still like this band a lot as it has quality construction and the color is a closer match to my skin color than other bands. This band is on a 51mm Epix 2 Pro Sapphire, which is a larger watch on my 158# medium frame. I am up in age, exercise daily by fast walking and cycling in a very hilly area and have found the displayed heart rate will tend to fluctuate and read higher than expected at some times during my exercising.Comparing and testing variances with this to my wife's smaller and lighter weight Garmin 165 using its standard Garmin stretchy silicone band, wearing on the same arm at the same time as my Epix, I find the 165 has a more consistent heart rate- most likely due to a more secure fit due to its stretchable band providing a more secure fit for the HR sensor. I now plan on purchasing a tan/brown silicone watch band and probably purchasing a chest strap- which I had been considering anyway for accuracyOriginal: I prefer this color to the original black as the watch blends better with my arm. And the nylon construction seems to be sturdier-left flexible than the original band. A complete winner for me.
