Drinkadeux Insulated Glass Bottle with Straw and Handles, Pink

I searched high and low for a glass sippy cup for my twins, and in concept, this bottle is PERFECT. I like that the straw cap is interchangeable with LifeFactory bottles, and the glass is very solid. However, as other reviews have mentioned, the plastic is the worst! My twins tend to drop their cups, and almost immediately one of the plastic tops (the part that closes the straw) broke off. I ordered a replacement, and within a few weeks all 3 were broken as well as one of the handles. The glass meanwhile is in perfect condition but, annoyingly, the tops are not sold separately so it is a total waste. I’m not buying another whole cup just to use parts from it. We’re moving on to another brand...which is too bad, because I really wanted to like these. And FWIW, our new cups are fully plastic and have not even come close to breaking.

We transitioned from a LifeFactory stiff plastic straw lidded bottle to this Drinkadeux bottle, and I have to say I'm so grateful we did. My daughter now drinks 2-4x the amount of water, because she loves drinking from this bottle with it's soft silicone straw. It's the perfect size for my toddler (she's now 2, but we've already been using this bottle for months now) and what's most important is how much she LOVES drinking from it. We haven't had any issues with leaking, and it's been easy to clean. I never try to remove the silicone sleeve, though, and I'm totally fine with that, as it gets sufficiently clean without removing the sleeve, in my humble opinion. I highly recommend this sippy bottle. I have 2 of them for my toddler and one adult sized Drinkadeux bottle for myself. We all love them!!!

Update: So originally I thought this thing was great and it didn’t leak but eventually it did, like a lot. I ended up throwing it away. Such a waste of money.I am really impressed with this sippy cup. I’ve tried several, and I mean several! This is my favorite so far as well as my kiddo’s favorite sippy cup. Doesn’t leak, which let’s face it, most of them do. I love the silicone sleeve, gives me peace of mind that it won’t sharter in case it comes flying past my head in a toddler rage. Also, you can take those handles off which is nice.

Looked high and low for a glass bottle for my toddler and thought this was the perfect solution. It does leak but sometimes we could fix the problem by re-adjusting the top (twist open and then close the white part). I expected the bottle might break at some point even though it has a silicon sleeve since it is made of glass after all but never would I have thought actually the top (the white part) would break first, rendering it useless because you cannot find replacement for the top anywhere online, including on Drinkadeux website. Yup, total waste of money after just one month of use.

I like this straw bottle... when it isn’t leaking. I can’t even tell where it is leaking from, but it definitely leaks. Overall, it’s a poor design with the impossible to remove silicone sleeve, which I am sure water is getting under when you wash it. It did work to get my kids off the traditional bottles, but the leaking is just annoying!

I bought this to move my 2.5 yo away from plastic bottles. I've had so much trouble finding a glass bottle, and this is exactly what I was looking for. It's worked perfectly for us. I try to keep it upright in my bag just in case it leaks, but I haven't had any issue with it. It's easy to clean and exactly what I was looking for. I also think she's getting more water now that she's graduated from the "slow flow" straw bottles. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this straw cup! Mom son won’t drink milk unless it’s warmed up a little and I hated the thought of putting plastic in the microwave so this cup has been wonderful! I would highly recommend it!

I love this sippy cup. We only use glass sippy cups and this one has a nice silicone cover on it. Very nice quality.
