Initially purchased this to use in our home gym, but I found it to be a nice surprise as a traveling option. I used it on our trip to Boston, as I do no like hotel gyms.The band itself is high quality, and extremely portable. It also comes with a picture exercise guide with about 15 exercise( really felt the burn with the fire hydrant exercise), along with some nutrional tips. I’m definitely going to get my mom one too!

The band does not work for most "band" exercises. You aren't able to treat it as a double loop for hooking on a bar/door for abs. The material causes it to slide down when using on your thighs. It also does not hold well when doing the glut exercise like in the picture. I wish I would have just gotten a normal band.It also didn't include any pamphlets on suggested uses/exercises.The bag is too small for it to go back into.

It is a little hard to get used to, but once you do your booty will thank you.

This item is awesome. You can really feel that you are working your glutes Maximus. Looking forward to the lift and tightening. So worth the money and time!!!

Broke after about 10days of using it

Very easy to use! And actually I already can see results. I was pretty sore after first time doing full program of exercises. Totally worth it!

Not sturdy enough don't know what I was thinking when I purchased, better off doing the exercise moves without it. 5'4 about 190 lbs...yeah don't feel any resistance. This is just me, but delivery service was fast.
