Beautiful layered steel blade and sharp, but the handle is not too well-made. On one side of the handle, at where the wood and the tang meet, there's a hole that leaks in water and leaks out a sticky black ink. Also when the blade arrived, the tip protector is not on the tip but fell over to the back. Funny.I'm contacting support and hopefully they'll get back, or I'll just shell out ten more bucks for Zelite infinity.

Very nice knives (I got two as gifts). Look like they will keep an edge, but I wonder about the "Damascus" claim. Since I could compare two knives I have my doubts. The pattern looks as if it etched into the blade and the pattern, though shifted slightly is exactly the same on both blades. Supposedly the process produces slight random differences in the pattern on each blade. Bot blades are VERY sharp.

The packaging and presentation of this knife is seriously next level. Its layers are gorgeous and it’s an excellent knife- comfortable and secure in my hand and super sharp and effective. I’ve always been nervous around parting knives but I feel like I have the best one for the job!

i LOVE these knives. they come super sharp, which makes them a priceless tool in the kitchen. its weight sits comfortably in my hand, and it glides through whatever you’re cutting effortlessly. it’s also super beautiful and is clearly high quality. i used it on some tomatoes and i was cutting paper thin slices. i’m pretty picky about my knives and this knife impresses me

Very well made and extremely sharp.

This is weighted really well. I liked how sharp it was when it came and it has a nice design. I have been using it for a few months and am very happy that it looks no different from the day I took it out of the box.

Very Nice Quality w/ Ergonomic Handle - fits nicely in a woman's hand - well milled sharp edge on blade that is slim in profile which is best for a paring knife - has a sturdy wide back edge to wrap fingers a must for a paring knife - Plus it's simply beautiful... Purchasing another...

very nice knife. I have a small collection of knives for different cooking purposes and this is an excellent paring knife. Very sharp and easy to clean. no matter what I cut, there was no residue left on the knife after I rinsed / cleaned it. It also looks very fancy, a few of my friends were impressed with the aesthetic of it.
