Have only had the chair for 2 weeks now. The right rear wheel is making a rubbing/grinding noise. Other than that the chair is good. Seller does not respond back when I asked about spare parts. Took chair to a wheelchair seller here and got wheelchair fixed.

I will say this the chair is very well built nice and sturdy joystick is easy to use after you have used it for a while especially if you don't play video games it fits in the back of my Kia very well it's comfortable to sit in the only problem is the foot rest is not long enough nor wide enough and if you are short-built like I am at 5 ft 1 and I am thick in my thigh and my knees the opening where your knees sit needs to be just a little bit wider if you're slimer in the leg area you will fit perfect but the sides where your legs go my knees hit bad the wheelchair drives over a rough Terrain like my driveway I haven't taken it in the grass yet I have taken it into a store the joystick is very touchy LOL 😂 i knocked a few things over I would recommend the I'm not going to send my chair back I'm going to see if getting a thicker cushion will help raise my knees up a little bit more

I purchased this item and wrote that it had no papers telling me where I could get repair work if needed, which it does. No warranty paper .No way to contact anyone. With that being said I would not recommend any one to purchase this item because they told me to contact them but didn't tell me how or where to contact them.

Liked fast ordering and delivery from amszon. Disliked no contact address or internet contact for mfg. Leaves a person wondering how to order replacement parts and maybe an extra battery for longer use. If i dont get info i will be sending it back.

The chair is sturdy. I have not been able to find a cup and phone holder that will attach to the arm without the controller. I did find a bag I can hang off the arm but it’s not very convenient. Also it’s a very heavy 50 pounds I’m not able to put it in my SUV because of the weight & difficulty folding it.
