Bowl is significantly lighter in color than what it appears to be on the Amazon site, but I love the shape and size so I just stained it.

This is a beautifully lightweight crafted bowl. Nice natural colors. It was too short for the area I anticipated. My bad! However, I put it in my home office to house some misc unorganized items and it was perfect there. Great for storage. As another reviewer stated, pictures are deceiving. Measure first. The price point was on point.
