I have found this great gadget so handy. I hang my clothes well to dry or tumble when it is required but the clothes often still have some creasing. I have used the handheld steamer since I bought it and my steam generator iron sits collecting dust. The handheld steamer heats up straight away and is great for a quick once over on a couple of items; any more and you would need to refill the tank as it is small. That said, it is fit for purpose and does a great job. You need to spread the fabric out so getting the hang of how you hold a garment takes a wee while but now I can completely decrease a garment in no time. I keep it in my bedroom for easy access. I would thoroughly recommend this.

pretty good hand held steamer, however the container does not hold too much water and you have to refill it after every 2-3 garments. also the cover to the water tank is a little fiddly and some people might find it difficult to put back in and fully close it.

Average yo good product. I would have given 3.5 stars if I could have. Overall it does the job but it's not the best. It's stylish and reasonably easy to handle and hold. Build quality is good and despite use it does not present dangerous hot spots or leaks. It produces steam quite quickly however it does take a fair bit of steam to make a difference using this steamer. The two removable heads are a good addition and help. Overall the level of steam is good but it does not produce enough pressure to go through harder fabrics. Also it can get really noisy with a rather loud hiss when operating longer than 5 minutes. The reservoir is average but quite cleaver and does not spill. The steamer can be used for longer periods over 30 minutes continuously but gets hot. It's good enough for on the go quick wrinkle removal and for suits and blazer jackets. On more difficult fabrics or heavily wrinkled garments it takes too long to sort out and can still leave your clothes with small visible wrinkles. Overall the performance is dependent on the garments (mixed fibers fair quite good but on heavy cotton it struggles a bit...first shirt cotton second one is a mix fabric). Also to note the cable is not very long.

I bought this product last year and I have only used it a couple times. Fact is that i dont use this product often and on the 3rd occasion of using this product, it has already broken. I can hear the internals working when switched on but when i press the trigger button, no steam comes out.

It's okay but I found it awkward to use. Its bulky. Fiddly to fill and the electricity cord is too short. all in all not as good as I'd hoped. Style over substance.

Very good quality. Totally worth it. Will definitely buy again if need to.

Great steamer used to steam my satin wedding dress abroad. Took time but worked very well. Highly recommended
