Easy to use, perfect for 1-2 people.
Simple, plug it in, press the menu button until the light is over the item of your choice, adjust the timer with the plus and minus buttons, follow the water / amount directions on the guide they send with the machine for each type of food to cook, and it works perfect. Keeps your food hot too until you turn it off.Makes enough food for me to have for dinner with minimal leftovers for the next morning when I use the full 2 cups of beans / rice. Settings work well, any beans I’ve tried besides pinto and lentils though will need longer than the one hour recommended cooking time for beans.I have been able to make half brown rice and half lentils / pinto beans utilizing the 1 hour bean timer. This product is very exciting. I got one for my grandma.I wish the container inside was not nonstick and was instead stainless steel, I don’t like nonstick materials and the potential health risks — and I don’t think it’s necessary with the layout of this machine. However, it is a good machine and that is my only real point of contention.Makes things so easy. Perfect for someone working all the time or students. Very small and easy to store. Does not take up a ton of counter space.Make sure to let the machine breathe sometimes. I wipe the top area inside with vinegar and make sure to let it dry out. It can get very moist in there and there is a small vent I’m sure things could build up in.

Best easiest rice cooker
Love this brand. Makes rice cooking way easier. Easy to clean. Love the ceramic for food safety and cleaning and none sticking. I make sushi rice white rice. It does it all very not good quality. Multiple colors. Very fast. Make two cups of rice you get four cups of perfection. Ready to eat. It's light weight which is important for me as I can't move things heavy. So very portable. And I know the instructions say not to leave on warm mode for more than 2 hours. But I wanted to see what would happen. And that thing stayed on. For 11 hours and 52 minutes. I don't recommend that but I was a curious Beaver. And when I took that rice out of there. It was still good tasting little dry obviously but not bad that it stayed consistent. The buttons on top you have to push hard to work because there not really buttons it's just flat and hard so easy to wipe down but the buttons are a bit difficult to use in my opinion but still like it. But if they could fix that in future model would appreciate.

buttons don't work
Ordered this twice because I really wanted to love it.• FIRST ONE: The start button didn't work. Everything was all set to go, rice and water were in, machine was plugged in, turned on, and lit up display. The other buttons worked fine, But the start button just never worked. Bummer. It seems to get really good reviews.. so I returned and replaced it with the same item.• SECOND ONE: The first time I used it, it was great - perfect rice! Nearly zero work! I was arguably too excited and quickly prepped to make another batch. Well, I guess that's not a thing with this machine bc it wouldn't get out of "keep warm" mode, even after I pressed the button to make it stop - the button didn't work. None of the buttons worked now. I even *unplugged it* and plugged it in again (three times) and it automatically went straight back to keep warm mode every time. When I finally thought it was out of that mode, the start button didn't work.Returned it that day.

Easy, good for 1 person
This is a perfect size rice cooker for one or two people. It is super easy to use and clean, the menu cycles through the preset times for each item listed, rice, beans, steel cut oats., You can adjust settings and cook other grains. Where is says use 1 cup rice, it means use the cup that comes with the cooker. Not a standard measure. Fill the little cup and level it off with a chopstick or utensil. The measurement should you lose the cup is 2/3 cup standard measure. It comes with everything you need. I love it. It was quick and enjoyable to use.

Used for more than a year - in great shape
Been using it almost daily for around a year and it's working great! Perfect amount of rice for two people and I love how cute it is.

Incredibly cute, but has faulty touch button
I have to admit this is probably the cutest, most adorable rice cooker I've ever bought. It holds up to 2 cups of dry rice (makes around 3~4 cups of cooked rice) so it's on the smaller side but if you have a small family like mine it makes the perfect amount of fresh cooked rice every meal. It's compact and takes up barely any counter space, and the bowl that holds the rice itself is non stick and very easy to clean. The only thing that really took my review from 5 stars to 3 stars is that the touch button for "start" is incredibly finnicky and doesn't respond very well. It's definitely frustrating when you have everything prepared to make some rice and the start button literally won't turn on! I end up having to plug + unplug and then try my best to kind of mash the start button until it finally clicks and starts working, and this has taken up to a good three minutes of struggling. I'm not sure if it's a defect that's specific to my machine or just a design flaw, but it's very frustrating to have a flaw like this on an otherwise perfect product.
