These are the best, most comprehensive prenatals! I recently had baby #3 and took these prenatals my entire pregnancy. They are amazing! I never felt so healthy and energetic. This was the best I felt of all 3 pregnancies. I felt great all the way to the end (and baby didn't come till 2 days shy of 42 weeks)! I cannot praise these vitamins enough. Yes, you have to take 3 a day, but it is feasible, I even take other pills in the day and can do it. Also, they already have DHA in them, so you do not have to take additional DHA pills. So if you think about it, compared to those prenatals that are one pill daily, you are only taking one more pill a day with these. While I did prefer to take 1 pill a day like other prenatal vitamins versus 3 times a day, I completely understand and agree with the company's reasoning that it makes it gentler on your stomach and keeps the nutrients in your system all day since the doses are spread out. When I was pregnant with my other 2 children I found that I often was deficient in minerals, and this is the only prenatal vitamin I've found that includes all the necessary/preferred vitamins AND minerals! I did a lot of research for a prenatal vitamin. These are the most complete vitamins I have found and I have searched thoroughly for some that include both DHA and folic acid. I feel incredible when taking these and notice a significant difference in my energy levels. I have tried other vitamins but they don't compare. The effects are so great that I was greatly saddened when I saw they were not available through Amazon so I went to the company's website and contacted them directly since the link on the Web page to purchase also led to Amazon. I started taking these vitamins a few months before I became pregnant and am now about 5 months along. I picked them because they have folate instead of folic acid. The capsules are big for sure but they're very easy to swallow and I'm not great at swallowing pills. My only complaint is that I've had a couple of bottles where a pill or two have exploded, getting the somewhat stinky liquid insides all over the rest of the pills. This is probably just because I brought them on an airplane though so might be unusual.

I am not currently pregnant but we are trying to conceive which is why I began taking them. So far I don't have any complaints. They are larger then some pills but it doesn't bother me- I am used to it because the multivitamin I was taking before was large as well. I like that it includes omega-3 so I don't have to take additional supplements. The daily dose is 3 pills which I take separately throughout the day. I have never had an issue with it upsetting my stomach like others have reported and I have taken them with and without food. Maybe once we are able to get pregnant that may be more of an issue but so far I am very happy with the product! The price is higher then some other prenatals but so far I feel the overall quality and included ingredients are worth it.

Hi, I have been using these vitamins for their overall health benefits. I have been searching for a vitamin that gives me everything I need and then some. I found it in this brand. My skin looks great, hair and nails healthier and when I am ready to get pregnant my body, nutritionally (with of course added exercise and nutrition) will be the optimal host. I love these Vitamins.
