Here is my experience with this product:I started taking this about a week or two after changing my diet drastically for the better. I am 25 years old, 5' 11" and was 188 pounds. Wouldnt say Im overweight but I had a little fat on chin and waste. I was taking one capsule 30 minutes before lunch, and 30 minutes before dinner every weekday, would usually forget or not have them with me on the weekends. I honestly cant say they did anything, but cant say they didnt either. I started taking these at the same time I completely stopped eating fastfood, cut down majorly on calorie consumption, saturated fats, completely cut out trans fat, soda, and many more junk foods. Also started jogging and walking 4-5 times a week along with very light weight lifting. After my first bottle and a little over a month, I noticeably look skinnier and weigh about 177 pounds. Because I also changed my diet and added exercise at the same time I feel there is no way I can say this works, but I definitely cant say it doenst work either. One thing I will say I did not experience which others say they have, is decreased appetite. I am hungry a lot, and still crave junk food, fast food, all the good stuff I used to. My bottle is about empty, and I just ordered a green coffee tablet that also has raspberry ketones in it. I am planning on using it twice a day everyday of the week instead of just weekdays, and see if it helps at all. Also planning on upping my exercising and working on a wider variety and more educated diet.

I didn't see any changes

Was looking forward to this helping me with energy levels or weight loss regimine but sadly saw zero results thus far. I see no differance in energy levels. Do NOT waste your money big rip off!

I really didnt feel or loose any weight but i did find i was not as hungry as i normally would be. I don't know if my hypothyroidism effects this but I would have really liked if it helped me loose a few pounds but it really didnt.

What a waste of money this did not work for me at all and I diet and exercise and count calories this made absolutely no difference in my diet.

Greta information on this product led me to try it. I have not been using it long enough to tell if it's doing anything, but I did do a lot of research and found it to be of the highest quality. As with most things like this, there are good, bad and worse. Do some comparisons and you'll learn about purity, fillers and envelopes of another context. This one does pass all the basics. I will follow-up once a few hundred have passed through my person and see if they help burn some of it off as exclaimed.
