Informative Diet Book
More of an informational type book that will provide knowledge of different types of diets and lifestyles, but I wouldn't all it a "diet book" except that it does talk about diets and lifestyles. For example, counting calories vs. not counting them. Atkins diet vs. others. You can gain some useful information, but much is common sense and what we've heard. If you're someone who wants more information about different types of diets, you'll find this book helpful. It's all about changing your eating and lifestyle habits.

This book is fantastic! Very healthy to the mind and body of anyone who can read it. I've learned a lot about eating behaviors and the proper way a diet should be done. I'd recommend it to everyone especially to those who want to lose weight and live a happy, healthy, guilty-free life :)

The market is flooded with so many diet plans that it has really become hard choosing one that fits you and your lifestyle. This guide does a great job in doing exactly that - helping you choose the most suitable diet plan for you. This is the first book you should get if you're planning to start a new diet.

Ultimate Diet eBook you need to read!
Great stuff! I enjoyed reading the eBook. What I found extremely good about this Diet eBook is the focus on creating a happy life along with having nutritious diet. It also covers variety of subjects and different diet types I didn't even heard about before. I was really happy while I was reading about Atkins diet and I learned some fantastic things I didn't know about before!Great stuff, 5 star review from me!

Highly Recommended
A great job by Sandra Williams. I am a regular reader of her books and diet plans for weight loss. I am never disappointed. This book was great. Very well illustrated and loaded with information and strategies for losing weight. It takes you step by step in order to identify the causes, and your habits that are resulting in weight gain. It tells you how to get control over those bad habits and have a healthy life style. Highly recommended.
