SkechersWomen's On-the-go 600 - Brilliancy Sport Sandal

I love them! What you’d expect from Skechers with regard to arch support and comfort. They look very well-made and I love the beige color. They can be worn with anything. The adjustable straps ensure a good fit. Just enough heel to look better with dresses. I look forward to walking many miles in them.

I bought these for my sister in another state who is legally blind and has other health issues. She reports the arch support is great and they are true to size. She is able to manage the velcro on the straps by touch. Sketchers brand has become her favorite for ease of use and comfort. The quality is good. She reports that she loves them! I ordered these in black last summer and wore them so much, I felt the need to replace them. They still have some wear, so I will still wear them when walking among dirt, sand or dust, as they look pretty dusty and worn, but are still very comfortable. The tread is a bit worn as well. I did have to cut the top strap on the black ones as it stuck out once the velcro ran out on the strap when tightening.I wanted new ones, but in a tan color which wasn't available in my size 8, as the black ones were. I took a chance and ordered the 7 Wide in tan as I have gotten away with 7 1/2 when it is offered, but never 7's. That strategy seemed to work! They look like they are borderline, but they don't look too small. My toes hit just short of the top edge. AND, I'm thinking I won't ever have to cut this strap to keep it from flapping around as that fits better across the top as well. I'm glad I tried this size out. I think I'm going to really like these!!! The only other factor that held me back from ordering right away was the price. It was considerably more pricey than last year, but I guess everything is. Besides I did have about $16 in rewards points so that lowered the price a little, making it a little easier to press that "order" button in check out. I'm going to wear them around the house, just to be sure they will work out as well as the last pair. I want to make sure that the straps going over the toes isn't going to end up being too tight, as they aren't adjustable. So far, not a problem, but I do feel them there more snug than with the bigger size.. I have very flat arches. These are the only sandals so far that seem to conform to my foot because the foot bed is springy (almost like memory foam) and give a little arch support without digging into my practically non existent arches. They look nice too. I'm sure I can get away with wearing them with all my summer dresses as long as they are as comfortable as my last pair. With the price being much higher, I won't just settle. I'll write an update if anything changes. I don't usually write a review the day I receive an item.

First off, I love sketchers shoes and sandals, and so do my feet. Its hard to find shoes that offer a wide width and Sketchers does in many models. I chose these sandals due to 1) wide width, 2) soft sole (as opposed to many similar sandals that have hard soles), 3) style and 4) price. They were quickly delivered. My only complaint, and the reason for a less than 5-star review, is the stitching on the adjustable strap was defective; was at the very edge of the top layer of the strap, to the point the edge of the top layer is raveling and broken, see picture. I returned them for replacement. Just a note to other buyers to look these over carefully as soon as you get them.

These Sandals are very, very comfortable. When you walk, your entire foot is cushioned. I usually wear an 8 1/2, but the size 8 that I ordered was perfect. I recommend these Sandals for comfort, quality, style, and good workmanship. Just love to walk in them!

Super comfortable and light. Great for the price compared to other big brands. Love the cream color and great fit for my 5 wide feet.

After trying numerous similar sandals I kept these and sent the others back - including a high dollar Teva model and Skechers Reggae Slims. I wanted to wait until I really wore them to write this review. While I will never were them to hike (I prefer a closed toe shoe) I wanted something that would keep my feet cool and comfortable for the entire day of walking. I bought them prior to a Mexico trip where I knew we’d be walking all day long. These sandals were fantastic! I had them on my feet all day long for days in a row. The straps did not cut into my wide feet. Nor did my feet smell afterwards. After walking in the beach sand they easily rinsed off the next day. Plenty of arch support without being too much. Definitely recommend!

Every time these go on sale I buy another pair. I’m pretty sure it’s the only shoe I’ve worn for the past 5-10 years, they are so comfortable. I’ve gotten pairs for my mom and sister also, and they wear them all the time as well. I even wear them in the winter because I have trouble finding a shoe that I like even a fraction as much as I love these. Will continue to buy more, and pray they never become discontinued. I wear a 7-8 and order an 8, they fit perfect, but since a tendency to stretch after many months/years of wearing, but only so much they they really feel like a good friend and I can’t live without just slip them on and off whenever I want/need. I don’t remember the last time I actually used the Velcro. can’t say enough good about these. I love them so much!
