Waste of money
I can't believe this book is allowed to exist! The grammar and spelling throughout are so terrible and it claims to be beautifully illustrated but no pictures in sight. I am a bad cook and I could have run up something better than this on my laptop in half an hour.He makes some big claims with no scientific backing or reference.I was amused by the book for about 10 minutes before just feeling pretty annoyed with whoever let it get published (and amazon)The recipes are either dire or so simple that a 4 year old could make them.

Terrible book. Really not worth buying
Terrible book. Really not worth buying, one recipe was literally courgettes that have been run through a spiraliser with a quarter cup of sugar free barbecue sauce on. If you're capable or ordering this book you're already smart enough to make up recipes that are better than these.

Some of the recipes ask you to "spiralize with blade ...
Some of the recipes ask you to "spiralize with blade c" obviously taken from another book and do not tell you what type of machine is used also a lot of very large serving sizes

Very basic recipes
The reviews on here are fake! The book is ok and has some ok recipes but it’s quite redundant (lots of veggie noodles) and the grammar is terrible. Save your money and look online for recipie ideas instead.

A JOKE OF A COOKBOOK
Should be titled “One Man’s Obsession With His Spiralizer - or - How I Capitalized on the Keto Diet While Knowing Nothing About It”.This book probably took one guy about 2 hours to write and then had his mom come up with the ridiculous recipe titles. Who includes low fat sour cream into a ketogenic recipe? Who wants to eat a kale salad for breakfast? NOT ONE of the recipes is ketogenically balanced. The carb content is way too high across the board, and the fat content is way too low. The nutritional values offered at the end of each recipe are not accurate either. What an absolute waste of money. I wouldn’t use this book to swat a fly.

I wouldn't bother buying this book.
This book is not all it's cracked up to be...The recipes are vegetarian and they are keto but you couldn't remain keto if you had more than one a day. It is disappointing overall but it isn't expensive so I would say it was worth the $6 bucks I paid for it.

Nice pictures on cover
This recipe book did not live up to the Keto standards I have gotten from other books. Nice pictures on cover, though did not find very many of those recipes in book (no spaghetti squash). Half of the “breakfast recipes” were salads and noodles. Some even called for skim milk. Did not find any recipes I would use as many had too high a carbohydrate value.

Do not purchase for keto diet!!
Not very Keto friendly. Many of the recipes have over 10 net cards. And there is a recipe with over 21 net carbs!!! Do they even know what the Keto diet is? There are also no net carbs listed in the nutrient values.
