Great tape! Very good adhesion. Does not unravel. Easy enough to tear with bare hands but tough enough that it will not easily puncture, like duck tape. I recommend putting wires in a plastic heat looming and then wrapping the looming. It took half a roll to wrap 13ft of 1/0 gauge wire and looming. Good protection against engine heat and abrasion, but the more you wrap wire, the harder it is to breathe (if it ever overheats).

This tape seems to be a perfect match for the stuff the Kia factory used on some interior wiring harnesses in my vehicle. Adhesion seems great and you can tear it off by hand, without using scissors or a knife. This is a soft fabric tape, so it would be suitable for loose wiring that might rub on other objects while you're driving, protecting both the wires and other parts of your car.This seems like great tape to use for most interior wiring, and I'll probably use it to help protect any audio wiring that I run in the future. I wouldn't recommend this for any engine bay or exterior wiring, for that you should get some Tesa tape, or something similar.

This product has a wide variety of use. For repairing headlight wiring to wrapping wire looms to eliminate vibration in the door panel to shimming plastic parts in the car from squeaking. This is the softer, thinner felt which is more flexible and stickier than the stiffer and less self sticking tape for heat use. This products can be used in many areas of the engine bay.

Rewired the entire audio system in my car and this tape helped keep everything clean and professional looking.
