MVMT Chrono Men's Japanese Quartz Chronograph Watch

Got my bf this watch for Christmas! So sleek, love the navy face with the tan band ! He gets tons of compliments- looks like a super expensive watch! Great value

This watch has become my go to. With a stainless band it dresses up nice. I have multiple leather bands for it and it looks great with all of them. Extremely comfortable and well worth the money.

So I'm not really a watch connoisseur or anything, I basically use them as jewelry it's more of a fashion over function thing for me. that said this has a great olive /tan color to it and can be used to match up with greens and tans equally by changing the band (see video). I wouldn't pay the MSRP but hit a sale where it was $70, and it's well worth that. Wish the band had a taper to it, it's pretty blocky, but that's a small gripe and not worth knocking off a star in my book. Seems to keep time and has smooth operation.

So, I bought this back in January and finally got the opportunity to wear it to an event. While going through security one of the links just came out and watch shattered on the floor. I reached out to Amazon and got you need to contact the Manufacturer for warranty replacement etc. Well, I reached out to MVMT on Feb 28 and got the following response on March10: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the issue you're experiencing. If you bought your order from our Amazon store, we suggest reaching out to them directly so they can provide you further assistance on this matter. If you have any other inquiries, please don't hesitate to ask. Best Regards, MVMT Customer Service Doesn't sound valued at all, pretty nice penny for zero customer support. Not even a if you would like a replacement band, we can work with you nothing. I would not recommend this watch to anyone nor the brand. If they would let me, I would give it zero stars. Reached back out to Amazon got the same garbage response so 300 down the drain.

The ceramic watch is very stylish. It looks great on the wrist. It is very accurate. The only downside is the ceramic is rather fragile.
