No longer a good product
I received the watch 11/15/24 but it was a versa. I did not realize this until I was pairing it to the app on my phone. It began to lose ability to keep a charge around 1/20/25. My fitbit app was not available as it logged me out an would not accept my log in. I reached out to customer service on 1/31/25 without resolution. I was told that the app was having issues and they were working on that. I still have no app despite paying for premium and the fitbit watch is now 10 minutes behind real time. It won't track sleep, intermittently records oxygen saturations, and my resting heart rate does not update. The watch does not hold a charge and requires daily charging. I can not use it for tracking exercise because it will shut down and reboot during the run. Customer service was not helpful and I feel that they do not care if it is resolved. I will be deleting my fit bit app, cancelling the service, and finding a better tracker. This was my 3rd fitbit. I was happy with the product until now. I don't know if the ownership change made a difference, but they are not the same as they use to be .

Won't work for long
Fitbit is a joke. They have zero tech support worth anything and won't replace it when their product has a hardware or software issue. Mine is 7 days over 6 months old. It's been working fine until suddenly today it decides to go dead while trying to get a software update. I receive a big red "X" and then a circle with and x. It's like dead dead and they say it's not covered for replacement - even less than 6 months after spending $250. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Charger has a horrible design. The pin gets pushed in and will not charge.

Didn't receive screen protectors or the wiping cloth that was supposed to come with it

Selling $15 worth of add-ons for $50. Avoid this bundle and buy those items separately.
