As per the customer service department at Nordic Forge when a call was made regarding a faulty, 2 week old pair of nippers - "We do the best we can with the materials we have and maybe next time you should buy something more expensive."Interesting technique but not at all satisfying to me, the customer.I've used GE nippers until the handles touch from being worn out (nearly two years), and have worn out several pairs without ever having a quality problem.My first experience with Nordic Forge and the nippers didn't last two weeks under the same usage without nicks in the cutting edge. No rocks, no nails, just cutting hooves.
