Our 11 year old grandson read this to us. He is dyslexic but he enjoyed the story and was motivated to read it all because he was enjoying it.Our 4.5yr old granddaughter really loved having it read to her.My 75 yr old husband loves trains and enjoyed it as much as the children.This book is timeless and there is pleasure in it at any age.

I’ve bought it for my Granddaughter for part of her Christmas gift. She’s a little young at the moment. I think it’s a good book

My son is mad about trains and loves the Flying Scotsman and has even seen it twice and rode on it so I thought that this book would be great for a birthday gift. Its a great story for any trains lovers.
