I was very pleased that both cutters were fully charged upon arrival. Despatch time was good. Presentation is pleasing and solid. Good set of clearly defined cutter guides. Seems to provide a good, accurate and clean cut. The beard-trimmer worked really well for me - particularly for trimming tight areas. Most pleasant to use, with no irritating cables looks likely to achieve a good number of cuts before needing re-charging.

Hello the hair machine I bought is not working anymore I've been charging it for 3 days and it's still at 6% battery a few days ago when the battery was going to 100% as soon as I turned it on it turned off . I don't know what you as a company can do, but at least I have a guarantee to honor it because it cost £120, which is not a small amount of money to lose for two weeks of work on it.

I wasn't expecting something this quality level. This clipper is better than £600 ones in the market. Definitely recommended.

The clippers were fine at the beginning but after two months they started making a very loud noise and started pulling hair. The smaller trimmer was useless from the beginning - kept pulling hair and scratching the skin. I had to throw both away after two months as they were unusable. An an update to the above, Fagaci reached out and apologised for the defects and offered a full refund, so I am upgrading my review because of the good customer service offered.

I wish this product for haircutting for barbershop but it doesn’t work for me. It’s not good quality at all.

I am a full time hairstylist of 20 years. I do a lot of men's haircuts and always need good tools. My coworkers are using Babyliss, but there was few things I really didn't like on those. By my criteria I found and ordered 2 sets of Fagachi clippers and trimmers, plus extra replacement blades, over 4 months ago. Did hundreds of haircuts, and replaced blades only on very 1st set last weekend. These machines work as a charm! Design is beautiful, quality is great, battery life is long. I make sure not to keep chargers ON after 100% charged. I oil blades often, but honestly not every haircut. Motors are strong, 2 speeds, running quiet. Gard-combs are secure, locked on. Blades are very sharp! Trimmers are 0 gap, and too sharp. Maintenance is very important, because every client has different type of the hair and skin sensitivity. After very coars hair, or a hair having heavy product in it, clippers need good cleaning and adjustment of blades not to have a wierd noise and struggle, it is normal. Even I use Clippercide, nothing changed color, and my clippers are still looking shiny as new. Tested them for over 4 months in consistency, and I love my sets! Last week ordered 1 more set and blades to have spare. Thank you Fagachi for making these the way is needed for professional use. I now can recommend these clippers and trimmers to anyone looking for a good and beautiful ones!!!
