Much better than anticipated!I wasn't expecting much from this product but was willing to give it a shot. These are very flavorful and sweet, I have so many plans for incorporating them into recipes. The pieces are tiny, making them easy to sprinkle and incorporate in a variety of recipes, if I don't just eat them all straight from the container! These are well packaged in a separate bag inside the container with a silica pack to keep them dry and crunchy.Having said all that, I'm not sure I would reorder again. The packaging and website do not very directly declare a country of origin, but digging into the listing, it looks like they originate in China.

This is an excellent product. After trying other freeze dried strawberries, these were our best choice. The rich strawberry smell emits from the bag the moment you open it. I hardly needed to use a quarter of the bag for a huge batch of home-made granola.

I just used this in a cookie recipe. The flavor is fantastic. The recipe said to throw in a mixer to pulverize but these were harder pieces and didn’t break up in a mixer. Instead I stuck them in a baggy and rolled over it with a rolling pin. This was by far the best value I could find, and they are bursting with flavor. I made Neapolitan cookies with them. Highly recommend for baking.

Tiny, tiny pieces. Taste very good and are very sweet. So sweet that it is hard to believe there is no sugar added. Most freeze dried strawberries have a tartness to them. Not these.They clump. Even though they have a dehumidifying pack in with them, once opened, they clumped for me and likely will for you, too. Not less edible, but difficult to dig out of the shockingly small container.Am I sorry I made the purchase? No. Will I purchase again? Maybe...if the store I usually buy my freeze dried strawberries from is out again.

Started making a lot of my own “pre-made” items including oatmeal packets to minimize chemicals. This was a great addition for the granddaughter who loves strawberries and cream oatmeal.

These were packaged in a plastic sleeve inside the container. When I opened them— you could not even get the sleeve out of the container or even get the strawberry pieces out because they were in a hard ball. It took taking a fork to break them up to even use them. And I still haven’t gotten them all broke up. These were way more expensive than I would have liked to pay and then they were not fresh or great besides. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless I absolutely needed them. I bought a similar freeze dried raspberry one from another company and they weren’t in a plastic sleeve— and were great.

I am very happy with this product. When I was ordering I was skeptical as they did not show the nutrition fact pannel I wanted to see the sugar info as many of the competators showed that there was sugar added. I am so happy to show that there is none. This is an authentic product and no added junk. Simply freeze dried strawberry pieces. Do not expect slices as it does say pieces and that is exactly what you get. I am also pleased with the packaging as it is in the plastic jar then sealed with foil and inside the jar the pieces are in a bag to ensure the freshness. They are not the most flavorful strawberries I have ever had, but they will work fine for the cookies I planned to make using them. I would definitely recommend this product.

Maybe I just don't eat enough freeze-dried foods to understand but, every other bite had this odd.... faux spicey taste. It's very off-putting. I Will not buy again.
