Awesomely delicious pasta
After years of research into non celiac, gluten intolerance. Finally found Einkorn wheat pasta, from Jovial. The best part? It’s a better tasting pasta, from what we would have normally bought. Highly recommend this pasta.

Health flour is very good and I am able to tolerant it better.
I can't eat regular flour without getting dizzy anymore. I have found however that seem to be able to eat this flour that is not the hybrid version of flour that was engineered in the 50's. Between this and sour dough bread, that is about I can have as far as bread or pasta unless it is not made with any flour.

Not for Us
My husband and I don’t eat a lot of carbs. So I purchased this to try for days that we wanted something different. It has a nice nutty flavor, but does break up easily (which didn’t bother us at all). But we both still experienced bloating with this pasta. I also purchased the flour, which did not have the same bloating effect.

It is the best whole wheat pasta I have tried. I love it! And, No stomach upset!
I cook it longer than I would classic pasta because whole wheat pastas are chewy by comparison. This brand does not upset my digestive system, and has the best texture its of any other whole grain pasta I've tried! I thought I hated whole wheat pasta...no...I hate all the other whole wheat pastas. It's a bit expensive so I won't be having it as often as I would like.

Better than the pasta we get in supermarkets.
I liked the taste, it filled you but gives you also, more protein.. I did not feel stuffed like the regular pasta does to me and I think it regular pasta puts weight on me too, but the einkorn pasta has the opposite effect, and you are not so sleepy after eating this. still feel that the price makes it difficult for me to order it more frequently, but I believe that this is the most satisfying pasta and I expect einkorn wheat I ever ate. This is the original wheat from even 2,000 years ago, from my checking out on this pasta. Love it, but wish it was less money.
