Very easy to take, since they are encapsulated, after eating the unhealthy food in our daily lives loaded w toxins and heavy metals… including large fish like tuna. I love tuna.

So I started taking this as directed one hour before eating. Within 2 days, I started having stomach pain which was relieved by omeprazole. So I stopped taking it.
