Finally Some Peace and Quiet (Sort Of)!
We got these foam panels to help soundproof my son’s room because, well… he’s very enthusiastic during his video game sessions. The panels were easy to install and look pretty cool with the black and red wall setup. They don’t block all the sound (we still catch a few “LET’S GOOO” moments), but they definitely help muffle the volume and reduce the echo. Now, it’s more of a distant shout instead of feeling like we’re in the middle of a live stream. If you're looking for a budget-friendly way to bring the noise down a notch, these are worth it!

Good stuff!
These worked really well in my small office. No more echos. One thing to note: there are no extra sticky pads. If you follow the instructions and use 5 per square, there are no spares. The upside is that they are pretty good stickys - so I started cutting them in half for the one in the middle, then I had several squares of foam that I cut in half also for various spots, and it worked out great.

Time will tell.
A little thinner than some others that I've had before, but they seem well enough. They came extremely compressed and surprisingly regained their full shape about 10 minutes after breaking the seal. As for the effectiveness and noise cancelling, you'd have to ask my neighbors how effective they've been. LOL.

less noise in the RV with a simple solution
The noise from my RV's water pump was getting annoying, especially at night when everything was quiet. I was looking for something that would help reduce the vibration and echo without making any complicated modifications. These panels were a good solution. I placed them strategically around the pump compartment and noticed a difference in the intensity of the noise. It doesn't eliminate it completely, but it makes it less intrusive. They are easy to install and lightweight, so they don't add unnecessary weight to the RV. These panels do their job of absorbing. The foam is lightweight and easy to install, although it is advisable to let them air out before use so they can regain their shape. I recommend it.

Don't stick/not 100% square
Some of the squares are not 100% square so if you line them up they look like they were cut with scissors. Most are fine, but there are a few outliers. The squares don't stick well. I've had half fall off the wall. The sticky are still on the wall but they separate from the foam squares. Not sure how to keep them from all falling off.

missing one and they overnighted for me! & instructions/suggestions
they are strange as they come in small pack and grow to a huge stack, but the smell bad at 1st#1st| the water and sink method#2nd| then with the dryer and putting drier sheets in with them.#3rd| do 1/3 to 1/4 at a time#4th| i had them drying in the sun and at night moved them indoors for 26 hours#5th| had issue with double sticks even adhering to the foam, but i found a solution quickly as i left one side on the double sided tapes cover on and let it sit for 4 hours so it can stick enough, buy putting the next panel on top of one another which holds pressure down that makes it sick. as for the top ones find stuff to place on top of the tape pointsP.S. maybe turn to a heat gun or hair drier to make them stickier but be careful.
