Be careful taking bamboo extract. Was taking as directed and noticed that I was constantly running to the bathroom even though I wasn't drinking that many fluids. This stuff is like a diuretic, be careful.

Bottles were missing pills
My bottles were 3-4 pills short of a 60 day supply. Other than that everything was as expected. Come on Swanson do better!

I take this on a daily basis.
I take Swanson's Bamboo Extract on a daily basis, and have been taking it for some time now. Bamboo contains more silica than any other product I know of. Silica is needed for hair, skin, nails, carlidge, (which is so helpful for my joints), etc., etc. I have seen an increase in health in my body for these areas, and therefore intend to continue taking this.

I have never been successful growing nails. Mine are just naturally thin and fragile. It took 2 months of taking one pill a day and my nails grew long and they are tougher and stronger than they ever have been.
