Surprisingly good quality unit with excellent precision
Having once bought a similar 50g / 1mg unit, I have both a 50g and 100g calibration weight. After calibrating this unit (with included 100g weight) I tested it with the 50g weight from the other scale. Imagine my surprise when it read 50.000g! Repeating the test a few times, I did not see worse than +/- 2mg of error with this test and is also a positive statement about the quality of the included cal weight. Jitter and drift were minimal - to the point it was possible to measure water evaporating or ice condensing water from the air, or a whole host of things you wouldn't normally be able to measure. Even the batteries were included, along with the 100g cal weight, and a small dish and tweezers. Keep it on a level surface and no vibration if you want the performance I saw. Calibrate when on that surface for best results.

Accurate, measures quickly...
Seems to be very accurate...10X more than the other battery operated scale I have in the same max weight range. Takes a measurement quickly, updates quickly when new material is added, and seems to be stable. The only issue I have is it turns off about every 20-30 seconds (to save battery power). There is no adjustment for this feature. Some other scales can be adjusted or this feature can be turned off. So, I'm in the habit of pressing the 'tare' button often in order to 'reset' the clock for the auto-time-off feature in between taking weight measurements. Otherwise, I have to turn it on again, re-calibrate, re-tare my scale pan, etc. All-in-all for the cost, it's a very accurate scale so far. I'd buy one again in this price range...under $20.
