Don’t stick well rolls up around the edges

So I bought these in case I ran out of another hydro-colloid Bandage I ordered together with this one. My first time using this kind of bandage. I need it on a wound what sits on a difficult spot on my lower leg, where the skin is super thin and my wound continued to crack open on the edges when it started crusting, so I thought to try the moist way. So I first used the ALL HEALTH fasthealing bandage ... and it was so easy to apply and just wonderful to wear it and change it, no brainer. So I had to change it yesterday and tried this one, slightly bigger, however it was impossible to get it placed without trapping air bubbles inside, it was wrinkling everywhere and at the border as well and I knew how to apply it! I also tried to push the air bubbles to the edge. I could tell the difference in the quality of the material, thinner and too soft to apply it as it should and I believe it might be the border what messes it up. The other brand does not have a border. So after not even 2 hours exudate ran already from the bandage out to my ankle. So I took it off right away and placed the ALL HEALTH bandage on and again it was just so easy to apply. The material is more dense and heavier, I guess what facilitates an easy closure onto the skin and it does not have a border. It happened all so fast so I did not think to make a picture of it to show the issue because I had it only 2 hrs on. However once I run out I will try them again and that time I will make pics.

I purchased these to use over 3 week old road rash that is 95% healed. Most of the wound is healed with just a little part that was a little deeper. The patches are insanely sticky and were very painful to remove. I see reviews saying these aren’t sticky; my experience was the exact opposite. I also think my wound looks worse after using one overnight. Would not recommend for use on sensitive, tender skin.

I have repurchased these to use instead of Comfeel or Compeed blister bandages. These are same hydrocolloid, just a larger size -approx 4x4. In spite of my best efforts I do get heel cracks. I use a combo of this hydrocolloid cut to size and covered with Medipore tape cut a bit larger than the hydrocolloid, which reduces the friction from my shoes - a thin sock or stockings instead of wearing shoes bare foot, keeps the dressing intact for almost 3 days (even with daily shower!) by then crack is healed, or significantly improved!

Had emergency surgery on my stomach to remove an abscess on my muscle...I dressed my wound everyday for two months...wish I would have gotten these earlier!! My body reacted to all kinds of tape for the dressing....this is the BEST!!
