I should have taken some of these bad reviews more seriously, but I took a chance on this item because of other's positive reviews, photos, and the product photos. Upon opening these armrests I was immediately disappointed; the photos used here on Amazon look much fuller, denser, and longer than what I received. The product I got is flat out of the box and even given time in case the foam needed to expand. I would guess there is a bit of marketing trickery in play with these photos.There is empty space in the pouch containing the memory foam where I can touch thumb to finger with no foam between - just the layers of the pouch, wherein these photos it looks like the foam fills all the space of the pouch. I thought that at least if it wasn't dense foam, there was at least plenty of it inside by the pictures, but clearly, this product has neither.The only relief this product gives me is when I put no weight on the armrests; as soon as you put any weight, or have rested your arms with any weight for very long, the foam inside flattens to offer almost no relief. Feels like I should have wrapped an old sweater around my armrests and saved my money.UPDATE: Flinct contacted me pretty much right away to 'fix this' by offering a full refund for this product like they have with other bad reviews. That's great, however, they have offered no explanation for the discrepancy between product photos and the product received. They also hit me with some scripted BS about sending me emails and having had to miss them... (pretty much verbatim to another reviewers experience), when in fact they haven't sent me a single email (no it's not in spam) - this must happen a lot if they can't personalize and speak in anything but generalizations in review responses.

I like these a lot. Exactly as pictured. I have a gaming chair and the armrest could be a lil on the softer side. I decided to try these and wish I got these sooner. Not only that but they are aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well! It goes with my gaming set-up theme which is pretty cool. A bit silly but it took me a bit longer to figure out how to wrap it around the arm rest. since i kept ending up with a long strand of extra part left... But all in all I like them!Pros:-Super Soft-Stylish-Multiple color variations-Best bang for your buck-Customer Service (Sent me emails making sure everything was ok and if there were any problems with them)-Arms and Elbows feel better! I am happy with the armrests I bought so far. I haven’t actually used them driving. I’m afraid they might not extend out as far as I need it to. They are not making suvs with armrests anymore and I need them for health reasons. I bought these to try on the counsels when I test drive cars and buy one. Order arrived promptly after I bought it. Excited to have options in a car industry that is focused on technology and not human comfort.

So the arm rest is, well an arm rest... nothing more or less, if you’re looking for on when your on your computer or whatever for 30 minutes, you’re fine. If you work or game with these, well then good luck. They are nice and soft at first, then after a while they sink way to low, and basically like a soft towel lol. They are nice for the price I guess but just needs to be more dense. Also the straps are huge lol I had to cut mine because they were way to long and kept irrating me, not really big issue just thought I should let you know.So if your buying this for short time uses, it’s great. Anything past an hour mark and they sink like the titanic. Would love for more denser one.

I had high hopes and at first thought these were gonna be great but after just a couple times using these my arms starting going numb. These seem well made and were easy to install. The thickness seemed great but I think the foam isn’t firm enough. In addition I think width is also causing me problems. Not really sure. Before this I was using two mismatched small pillows, one grey, one pink, to cushion my chair arms and was happy to be done with that. I guess I’ll be going back to to the pillows. Bummer.

pro's. makes my chair arms comfortable and i no longer get soar elbows, they hold up real well.con's they are very soft and the wait of my arm makes them temporarily flat.they do fluff right back up and even in the flat state are very comfortable just wish they were a bit stiffer.

My better half has elbow problems in the next step is surgery, which he is trying to delay. He dictates into a microphone all day for work as a radiologist and is not able to use a headset with the system so we needed another solution for this elbows to rest comfortably for 10+ hours a day. Got this and “jelbows” for him. He says they are both great individually but together are amazing and really do the job. He likes blue because he it’s not always at the same station at work this way he can throw them in his bag and not forget. Recommended.

I ordered these arm pads as my chair has the standard hard plastic pads and would start to hurt my arms after a few hours of use (I work a lot from home so I spend a lot of time on my computer). These pads have been amazing to use, they are very comfortable and relieve a lot the pressure I was feeling when I was working without them. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who uses their computer for long periods of time, be it editing, writing or gaming - these pads are a great buy!
