Mission Workshop Rummy 27L (1,650 cu.in.) Waterproof Rolltop Messenger Bag

I spent an inordinate amount of time deciding between this, the Chrome Welterweight Citizen, and the Chrome Buran laptop messenger. What got me to pull the trigger on this was a couple comments that swayed me: 1) This bag has a classic look. Some other bags may have "iconic" components to their bag that may look trendy or hip now, but the understated design of this bag makes it much more capable of withstanding the test of time in terms of fashion. Considering these are built to last and you'll end up spending more than $150 for it, then that's a consideration well worth mulling over. 2) Aging. One reviewer from third party site mentioned having had both a Citizen a Rummy, and said that the way they age is what sets them apart. The Rummy just doesn't lose a step into the years, whereas the Citizen just looks super old after a year of hard knocks.For me, I can definitely see that happening. Although there was a steep investment to getting this, I can say that I am fully happy with what I have. I'm still figuring out how to best utilize all the pockets and space to my liking, but there's just ample space to work with, so there's no limit to how I can set it up for my application.
