Der Honig schmeckt sehr lecker, aber ist in Maßen zu genießen. Es ist ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis, zu penetrant, um es täglich aufs Butterbrot zu schmieren, aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Natürlich ist der Preis recht stolz, aber in der Hoffnung auf ein fairtrade Produkt, kann man den Preis gerne eingehen.
